QUINZAÑOS, RODRIGUEZ Y CIA SC is a Mexican firm created in 1987 to provide services to entrepreneurs, Companies or Entities of the Public and Private Sector, as well as to Investors, Businessmen and Business Managers from the community of the Mexican Republic.

In the area of auditing the job that we develop can be focused to give an independent opinion about the financial statements and about the fiscal situation of the Entity, or to check in a special way any topic about the financial statements, or about international commerce if given the case. As well we can give an opinion about the payments within boss and worker which have to give to the Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social, Infonavit, or to the local contributions for the Federal District of México, this last three presenting the audit's opinion, to the corresponding institutions.

Within the fiscal consulting and advising, given to the complexity and dynamism of the tributary legislation in our country, the companies require the support of real experts in the discipline, that is why we count with the specialized personnel whose goal is to give legal advice to the organizations, their directives, collaborators and above all to the investors, in the implementation of special or integral programs which will influence to take an efficient advantage of the existing resources, helping them to create a sane and sustained development, all this staying within the most strict legal frame.

The corporative area includes, between other aspects, the elaboration of stockholders' meeting minutes, advice, conferring, enlargement, limiting or revocation of powers and special powers minutes, civil, mercantile and laboral (individual and collective) contracts, etc.

Within this work, the main objective is to present the situation that the corporative registers of the enterprise keep, as well as the agreements, contracts and commitments celebrated by itself. We provide the legal auditing service, through the checking of minute books, of stockholder registers, emitted shares, contracts, commitments and any else other legal documentation.

With our integral service which is given by the real state department, we search to reduce costs, include maintenance, or to ad prices to receive the new users of the real state goods, that is where specifically the brokerage services of real state are given for their sell, purchase, rental leas and administration.
